MS PAIN NO GAIN Single Mother of 3

OK I am a Single Mother of 3 boys. I have multiple sclerosis (2008) and lymes disease (2015). I am on SSI and my walking ability is getting tougher I have my good times and I have my bad-times. I am looking for some help with my medical bills!!!
I have received a complimentary Stem Cell Therapy with Wisconsin stem cell in Oconomowoc Wisconsin! On October 28 2018.
I am now on Therapy’s and treatments that to cost money to maintain and to have a more positive outcome!

Please Help!!!
