Bright future for Nate, Patti's boy

Patti Jackson is fighting a terribly painful battle with bone cancer and her medical bills are mounting. Patti's sweet son, Nathan, her pride and joy, just graduated from 6th grade and is bravely facing an uncertain future. Please help this wonderful family in any way you can.
Patti's Story:
In April, Patti's partner, Kenny, had a heart attack and she spent a lot of time sitting by his side in the hospital. When she started experiencing back pain, she thought that sitting so long was the cause. Within a couple of weeks she was couch-bound, unable to understand how the pain had gotten so out of control. A CAT scan a week later showed suspicious lesions, often a sign of bone cancer, a diagnosis that would have been consistent with the pain level, but not with Patti's plans for her life and that of her 12-year-old son Nathan.
Less than a week later, on May 22nd, Patti was having trouble breathing and became confused. Family rushed her to the ER and she's now been in the hospital for a week. A biopsy has confirmed cancer and doctors are working to find the origin to determine whether treatment will be available.
In the meantime, the family is grieving and the medical bills are mounting. While we should be celebrating Nathan's graduation from elementary school, we're instead worrying about his future.
Patti's family will need a lot of financial help to make it through this next stage of their lives. Her job at Wal-Mart helped cover their family household expenses and she's currently been unable to work for four weeks. The forthcoming medical bills will be a huge blow to this hard-working family.
