Flood First Everything Second
8/15/16. - on August 13 we were hit with rain that lasted almost 24 hours and that means the rover had too much water and overflowed into the neighborhood. Around 10pm on Friday water started coming uo from the sewers. We had to quickly leave because we weren't going to take any chances with this. We relocated to a friend's house who lived a few streets down. Around 3am we saw the news that water was filling the service road and onto the streets that we lived off. We knew then that our house was gone. We received pictures from our neighbor who went by boat to see how much water actually risen and it was pretty high. It was a sight to see and makes you realize that you re never prepared for situations like this. no one in the area knew. Currently we are still at our friends house until the water goes down so we are able to go back to the house and see exactly the damage the flood has done so we can assess the situation. This is a small update and I'm sorry to make anyone feel sorry about this but I needed to update this page anyways. :)

I was hestistant to create this because there are millions of people in the world using GFM and i'm probably one of thousands doing the same so how am I any different from them? I'm not. I'm not going to BS that I am or show pictures/diagrams to show you how I plan to use the money because 1) That just gives yall a sense that he spent all this time to create that then i should contribute. 2) Read 1 again.
