OLBH Seniors Vet Expenses

$2,520 of $15,000 goal

Raised by 35 people in 18 months
Our Lil' Bit of Heaven has many medical cases right now that are causing the accounts at our main veterinary clinics to sky rocket. Most of the dogs we pull from IACS come with some pledge money but, it is a drop in the bucket to what is needed to help these dogs. This is what we do. This is where our hearts lie. The seniors, the ones in need of medical care, the bullies, the big dogs, the black dogs. The overlooked. The left behind. The "underdogs". They too need love, care and compassion.

This list of photos does not contain all of the pictures of the many in our care.  These are just a few of our dogs either located in our rescue facilities or in foster homes who will have a lifetime of medical needs.  Some of the specific medical needs are for: idiopathic epilepsy, hydrocephalus, mast cell tumors, cardiac disease, severe allergies, hyperthyroidism, urinary crystals, bladder leakage, chronic dry eyes, ongoing slow kill heartworm treatment etc. etc. the list goes on. They need YOUR support which enables us to be able to continue helping these kids and the many more that need us. Please donate towards this veterinary fund.

Hello to all! Thank you to those who have donated money and your time to care for these precious dogs! Especially the ones that take a little extra umph to get healthy again.
Without friends like you, the care they need would not be possible.

Thank you all,
The OLBH Dogs

Photos added of Rasta (hydrocehpalus), Charlotte (mass removal), and Byron (mast cell carcinoma). All are currently under vet care and 2 are undergoing surgery very soon.

UPDATE 6/20 - A week ago we had to say goodbye to sweet Byron. The cancer was too far advanced and the sweetest thing to do was help him cross over the bridge. Thank you to his foster family for showing him what love from a human was all about.
