In the early morning hours of December 20th Nicole Cawlo unexpectedly passed away. We are all shocked and deeply saddened by her sudden passing. For the past 5+ years Nicole worked with many of us, having spent time in both BLW and BLN. She was an integral part of the Ryan Homes family.
At just 37 years old, her life was cut far too short and her sweet little girl Keira has been left without a mother to raise and love her. Her loving partner Rick, is left with the overwhelming responsibility to raise their precious child on his own.
For those of us who worked with Nicole we will remember her quick wit, her infectious smile, and her peculiar brand of humor. She was always good for a laugh, although it was sometimes hard to tell if it was genuine laughter or she was just being courteous and didn’t want to hurt your feelings by letting you know “you are really not that funny”. She was always ready to help and never shied away from doing just a little more to be sure the job was done right. Most of all, she lit up each and every time she had the chance to talk about her Keira.
At times like these it may be difficult to know how best to help. For those that are able, we are asking that you help us raise as much money as we can to aid Rick in managing the family’s expenses so he can focus on how to best work through this tragedy. We truly appreciate anything you are able to give.
