Exactly 18 credit hours (1 semester) separates me from becoming a Howard University alumna. In the same manner, an outstanding balance of $3,970 is the hurdle that currently obstructs my ability to participate in fall 2015 registration and from thus becoming a Howard University graduate in December 2015.
