Help Nandy get to Bethel

A bit about my background:

My spiritual journey started off in Bangalore, India where I'm  from, originally. It all started when I met this lady from church, around fourteen years ago. At this point, I had been asking, crying and questioning the meaning of life, amidst a chaotic family background, conflict, occasional violence and turmoil, while growing up. I still remember vividly, yelling out to God, asking, "Is there really a God up there? If you exist, show yourself to me".

At this stage, my grandmother, had seen dreams of Jesus Christ calling her to himself, when she started attending some prayer group/church and then constantly started praying for us.  She was from a fairly strict order of Hinduism and was sincere in her beliefs and rituals. God noticed her hunger and passion, eventually showing her truth about salvation and revealed himself to her as the real God who could save her. She then instigated my mother to attend church in our city, where radical faith was rampant while we were still questioning it all, considering the academic inclination and the religious orders we came from . My mum started dragging us along, although we wanted to sleep in after our Saturday night shenigans. But something really spectacular happenend when we came across this lady who my mum randomly invited home from church. She seemed really connected to God and had experienced out of the world encounters. She just knew things about my friends/family and myself that no one else would have known, while she described detailed visions and knew past insights that were fairly personal. It got my attention as there was something so genuine about it, while being encompassed by a strong sense of God's love.

After being able to get glimpses of the spiritual realm and becoming more perceptive myself, the desire to go overseas resurfaced, and this lady had a vision of that too, and suggested I would be going in a particular year, to a particular country, when I initially had something else in mind. It all happened exactly as she said. Going back, I can just see how God had put the right people in my life, to push me into the right doors - right from a scholarship I received from Deakin University, to having the exact amount of funds, to landing in Melbourne, when my initial plan had been to go to Michigan, USA. It felt like there was an invisible hand opening certain doors and closing other, speaking through vivid visions, dreams and prophetic words, orchestrating my destiny (more details are in my book Im writing).

After approval into the university to study my Bachelors here, there was a shortage of funds to show for my visa to fly to Australia (from India). My mother and I then prayed in agreement asking God for a miracle. In about five minutes, we received a phone call suggesting that a loan had been approved and another phone call suggesting that Deakin University  was going to give me a scholarship for academic merit which covered 25% of the fees (if I accepted the offer by a certain date). God did soo many miracles such as that, I had to write a book.

The journey continues:

Once in Australia, God used me to touch several people where I studied and granted me permanent residency in this country, the next day after a fast. God also miraculously opened up other doors - Corporate jobs, ventures and connections that one could only dream of, (there's more details in my book). But again, in 2011, I started feeling a strong desire to fully trust God and  step out of my safety net and walk out of a secure/permanent job that I had in one of the big four banks.  Since then, after I stepped out, God has miraculously provided for me! I once had a mentor just come and hand over $300 to me, when i had been praying for God to show me a sign of his miraculous provision,  after I had quit the job.

I walked out of the secure confines of the job in November 2011, intending to take a small break in India and then go study in Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM), Redding, California. That however did not eventuate, coming from my strong academic, non Christian, Indian family background and other strong dissuading voices challenging my crazy faith. Although I have been actively involved in my local church, after five years of continuning with contract work, temp jobs, startups, a car accident, family situations and existing in survival mode, I have finally learnt to stand up for my inner voice, follow my heart and really trust God at his word, ignoring the naysayers.

The decision to go to BSSM :

The lack of fulfillment/motivation that I felt in my last job, and my intense passion for God and his will, brought me to his feet again, crying out to him saying, "I would rather die for a cause than live for none"; even if it meant going hungry on an odd occassion.  I was willing to let it all go, fully surrender, no matter what the cost was going to be and follow Jesus wherever he wanted me to go.  And when I asked God what he would like me to do, I clearly felt him say  again, "Go to Bethel". It was then confirmed by two of my friends and another trusted international prophet who randomly sent me an email suggesting Bethel might be that community where I could find the mentorship and support that I had been seeking out, immediately after I said YES to God  and decided to apply to BSSM, late last year.

 Since I surrendered...

God has opened more doors than ever before, more opportunities to speak in different places and is enabling me to write and publish my book on following your purpose and finding your passion. And certainly, I am super excited to say I have been accpted into BSSM! And now I humbly request all the help, support and encouragement I can get to make this dream a reality.

In summary, I have to show a certain amount of funds to satisfy the visa/consulate requirements to suggest I have sufficient funds for academic, living and general expenses. Since, I will have to leave for USA around July/August, I will need my visa approved by May/June, which gives me around a month to raise these funds. In all honesty, even as I have been trying to save through different odd jobs and a start up, it has been a strain financially as I have had random unexpected expenses pop up all over.

I would request you to prayerfully  consider partnering with me in prayer, finance or any other support you might be able to extend; to help make this dream a reality, and enable me to step into my destiny and call, which I believe will strongly be activated at BSSM, so that I would be better equipped to be an influence in this world, and a voice for vulnerable people to really make a difference where God wants me to.

This support would mean the world to me, as I have been harbouring this vision/dream in my heart for over five years.

(PS: Irrespective of what you sow, do mention your name, so I can personally thank God for you and keep you in prayers, while knowing that you are backing me up, supporting me and standing with me in this as family in Christ).

Luke 6:32 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you." So I'm believing for supernatural abundance over you even as you sow, and a 100 fold return!! Praying for multiplication & a great harvest of all the seeds you've sown into his Kingdom!

Thank you for your time and support!

Kindest Regards,

Nandy
