NYOS Elementary Guitar Program

I am an Elementary Music Teacher at NYOS Charter School in Austin, TX. I am trying raise money to buy a class set of classical guitars to start an elementary guitar program for my 4th and 5th grade students. It is my hope to purchase the guitars in December so they will be ready when the students arrive for the second semester. It would mean so much to be able to provide this opportunity for my students. Currently the only instrument they have available to play is the recorder, and they love it. Funding these guitars will help students expand their musical knowledge and skills while they form a life long love of music and learning!
