NLFS 'Murph' 2018
On Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend (5.26.18), No Limit Fitness Studio will be holding our first annual ‘Murph Challenge’. This competition is popular in the fitness world as a way for local athletes to prove their toughness and to raise money for those men and women who serve and protect our country and rights. Here at NLFS, we are raising money for America’s Gold Star Families. 100% of donations will go directly to this local organization based in Peoria, IL. We appreciate any donation you can make towards this great cause!
America’s Gold Star Families is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization created to provide honor, hope and healing to those grieving any military loss. We include all family members representing all conflicts, all branches of service and all circumstance of death. IRS EIN 46-5574571.
During this event, athletes from the Washington area will complete the workout below in honor of Michael ‘Murph’ Murphy. After the workout, we’ll be providing food, drinks, and fun games for those who participate.
