Dear all, "Mutabadil" needs your help.
For the last one year, Mutabadil has tried to show you the truth behind the manipulated and framed media stories.
We are now building a studio in Germany, where different Pakistanis from all over the world could be connected through "Mutabadil TV".
We are seeing a huge manipulation for facts and distortion of history on our traditional media. We should not stay silent.
"Ab jo chup Hain unhain qatil hi pukara jaye"
It's now time to contribute a bit for those who need our voices and whom we always talked about.
For the studio we need equipments including Cameras, Microphones, lights plus some staff (engineers).
All those who are interesting in donating something, please contribute and some, who might not be able to help or contribute directly, can spread the message.
What we want:
We want to gather funds to set up an online television channel and then keep expending it to reach 24/7 programs.
Vision: To promote peace and tolerance in our society, to counter extremism and to discuss important social and political issues through internet.
Target audience:
Pakistan is a country of youth, where almost 50 percent of the total population is bellow 30. Our target audiences are the people who have access to internet aged 18-45.
Why do we need to do that?
Traditional media are too dependent due to many factors including politics, ideological, social and economic pressures and so far media have been failed to raise clear voice against violent narratives in Pakistan. There is no counter-narrative, there are no strong voices for human rights and there is an absence of progressive and moderate point of views. Our media generally promotes pauperism and sensational information.
We want to use our "Mutabadil" platform to promote love, peace, tolerance and acceptance for disagreements.
