Move fledgling guitar repair biz out of the garage

Hey, all. I run a guitar repair/manufacturing business out of my garage.
Sounds cool, right?
Well, I do love my job, but unfortunately my location makes me incredibly inaccessible to my customers. I don\'t have any real visibility and I can\'t guarantee non-appointment hours. Honestly, it\'s far less a matter of making money so much as not being able to keep the musicians of Omaha playing.
I\'ve come here to fund a down payment on a building so I can solve the above problems. It will be applied towards a larger commercial loan that will be used to purchase and renovate a more ideal location.
The proposed location, for those interested is 6113 Maple St Omaha, NE 68104. It\'s a high visibility area, smack dab in Omaha\'s music mecca. The square footage (including the basement) is perfect for having a comprehensible divide between space for guitar repair and space for guitar building.
As I said, I repair and build guitars. I eat, sleep, and breath guitars. I want to share that passion on a larger scale. My repair fees are kept low to make the service accessible to working musicians. My guitars are carefully hand crafted to reflect the uniqueness of their future owners.
Every dollar helps me bring my services to a wider audience. If not me, think about it as helping the local musicians of Omaha continue to bring their art form to their fans.
