Momma Needs Surgery

Our poor kitty, Momma, developed a cancerous tumor above her eye that is currently causing discomfort and irritation. Over time, however, more serious symptoms can occur. Her orbital (eye socket) could rupture, she could potentially go blind, and worse case scenario the cancer could spread. To prevent this, the doctor recommended surgery to help remove the tumor and hopefully prevent it from coming back. Due to the position of the tumor, success is not guaranteed, however without the surgery, the only other option that is humane would be to euthanize her, which, in itself, is not cheap. The operation would be around $850.00 after all is said and done and at this point in time we aren't in the best position to cover that with the other bills and obligations we have.
