Burial Cost for a Loved One

2017 has been a year of highs and lows, but unfortunately it will ultimately end on a low for so many of us. Mikey Altman will take his place in Heaven and leave his family and friends to mourn the loss of a brother, a son, a father to a little boy who will only remember his Dad by the stories they will tell of him, and a young man who never stopped smiling and never ceased to make those he cared about laugh.


While we all will cherish his memory, the burden of losing a loved one is still left on his family. While we all experience loss throughout our lifetime, no loss compares to that of a child. No mother should have to bare the thought of burying their child, especially at Christmas... a time of year that is supposed to a celebration of joy and a recollection of all the moments we've shared together.



Please, I am not asking for a miracle. If Mikey has ever made you laugh, help his family lay him to rest. If you have had to withstand the thought of how you can afford to bury your brother, your friend or your son, help this family by allowing them the ability to grieve properly and focus on making it through these tough holidays. Any amount helps, but prayers help just as well!
