A New Heart for Mike

Mike Ceschan is a family man who loves to spend time with his wife, children and five young grandchildren. He has had lingering heart issues which were being controlled by his doctors until recently. On April 25, Mike was admitted to the cardiac ICU of the Cleveland Clinic and diagnosed with heart failure following what was supposed to be a routine check-up with his cardiologist. The doctors have exhausted all options and decided that in order for Mike to continue living the life he loves, he will need a heart transplant. Mike has been placed on the transplant list as a top priority and will remain in the ICU until a match is found and he recovers from his transplant. His wife, Pat, has been by his side every moment she’s able. His condition was very sudden, so this fundraiser is being created to assist with the financial burden (fuel, parking, meals, bills) that he and Pat may face at this crucial time. The most important thing for Mike and his recovery is that his family is by his side and that he doesn’t worry about where the money for their expenses comes from.
