Oliver's Heart Surgery

Anyone who knows me, knows that Oliver means the world to me.  He is my first dog and the absolute love of my life.  About 2 years ago, he was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Disease. His most recent echocardiogram showed severe progression of his disease.  At some point in the near future, he'll need a life-saving surgery to repair his heart and lead a full, healthy life.  This surgery is currently offered by Dr. Uechi in Japan, with about a 90% success rate, for $16k.  No other doctor in the world comes close to his success.  So, I am looking for donations to help with this eventual cost.  All donations are very much appreciated and vet records are posted here for anyone who would like to see them.  Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any donation you can make.
