I am asking for help for my friend Patti Maitland. Yesterday she woke up like a regular day with her fur baby Max. He acted normal and was going to work with her like always. During the day he started not acting right and she took him to a vet in Watertown and they thought that he had a tumor that burst he would need surgery and a blood transfusion so they referred her to VMC. Patti took Max there right away, she said she would do anything it took to help Max. Last night they did surgery on Max and his stomach was full of blood and a tumor burst on his spleen. Max made it through surgery but then early this morning he went into cardiac arrest and they brought him back twice and then they couldn't save him. Max went to the rainbow bridge. Patti has acurred over $6000 in vet bills but she doesn't care because she wanted to do anything she could for Max. Max was a wonderful fur baby and he was also a rescue from Cuse Pitt Crew. Patti loved Max so much and is heartbroken. I would like to take some stress off of her by trying to raise money to help her with the vet bills. Thank you so much for any donation that you can do.
