Marshall Heights Bison, Incorporated is a non-profit program which was founded over 15 years ago has served as a learning, positive and influential organization for the young men and women in Washington, DC’s Ward 7 community. As an association of over 200 youth and a host of volunteers, we take great pride in the achievements of this program. We operate at the highest level and are a strong catalyst in keeping the youth of our community off the streets and on the playing field. Each year we continue to advance our mission to teach children the fundamentals of sports, discipline, academic excellence, dedication and teamwork in a fun environment.
Marshall Heights Bison, Incorporated are seeking your support in our goal to raise funding for our 2018 Metro Conference Cadet Division Championship football team that have advanced to compete for a national championship. The American Youth Football (AYF) National Championship games will be held in Kissimmee, Florida from December 1st thru 8th, 2018. The financial support that we are requesting will cover expenses for the transportation, lodging and food for the team consisting of (19) kids aged 10 and (7) volunteer coach staff members to compete in this historic event for the first time. It is our goal to raise $20,000 to assist with funding this trip.
The opportunity to play in a tournament at the National Level against teams from all over the country is a once in a lifetime experience for these young men. With the help of donations from supporters such as you, we WILL continue to have an impact for our young men and future leaders.
