Dear Friends: It has been one year since the horrific accident that forever changed the lives of Mark and his parents, and all their family and friends. While the year has provided so much heartache and suffering, it has also provided an equal amount of care, support and love from so many. It is overwhelming to think of the ways in which family, friends, and even strangers have come to provide support to Mark in this difficult time, and continue to provide that support every day.
Mark has shown a strength and courage that is both incredible and awe inspiring. He continues to work harder than I could ever imagine any man, let alone a 15 year boy, work on his recovery.
Our families can never truly thank all of you, but your kindness is remembered every day. Thank you,
Stephen Delamere, on behalf of The Delamere and Mulry Families.
Dear Friends. Thank you all so much for your support of Mark and his family. Mark continues to work very hard in his rehabilitation everyday. Your donations and your prayers are so greatly appreciated by Mark, Sheila and Mark, as well as both the Mulry and Delamere families. We know Mark will continue to work hard and will never give up hope. Thank you all.
As Mark, Sheila and Mark are ready to depart Atlanta tomorrow and return home, they have asked me to once again express their sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the generosity and kindness you have shown them since Mark's accident of September 6th. They can't wait to come home and be able to see family and friends after a very long 3 months. It is your prayers and support that have sustained them during this time and reminded them of what a wonderful community they live in, and what wonderful people they have in their lives. Thank you all.

Dear Friends: As many of you know, Mark was seriously injured in a car accident on September 6, 2013 returning home from his high school, Boston Latin Academy. Unfortunately, he has sustained a severe injury to his spinal cord. Mark has a long road of recovery ahead of him, but he is a determined young man and is fighting everyday to get better. Initially, Mark will be treating at The Shepherd Center in Atlanta, which specializes in therapy for spinal cord injuries. Many of you have asked about donating to help curb the extraordinary costs for Mark's current and future care and needs. In response to your tremendous support, we have created this fund. We will also be planning a fundraiser for him and will post details soon. Mark and Sheila, and everyone in our families, are appreciative of the outpouring of love and prayers that you have all given and we know that Mark has your support in his fight. If you would like you can also send donations directly to the Mark Delamere Fund (Acct. 1325370638), Citizens Bank, 1999 Centre Street, MA796, West Roxbury, MA 02132. Your donations are greatly appreciated!
Stephen Delamere (Mark's Unlce) On behalf of Mark, Sheila, Mark and the Delamere and Mulry families, thank you!
