Gallbladder cancer for medical pay

I have been diagnosed with stage 4 gallbladder cancer which is inoperable and is spreading. I have been given a year to live. I have 4 Children and would like to spend every day with them that I can making memories and trying to find a way to get the medical treatment I need to live as long as I can.
