My name is Logan moray, I was born and raised in Ojai California. But when I was 12 I made a horrible decision, There was a lot of fighting back and fourth between my mother and my father. This is because I stupidly asked one of them that Id like to live with them full time instead of the way we had it before, (Week with my Dad, Week with my mom) And I say it was stupid for me to ask because the (Week on/Week off) Was doing very well for me. And in-between All the fighting I was switching sides every week. For example when i'm with my mom, Im on her side and want to stay with her 100%. But when Im with my dad I want to stay with him 100%.
And the horrible decision that I made was on the week when I was with my mom, When I was on her side she used that to ask me if I wanted to move to the Netherlands. She has family there and she used the excuse of not having enough money to stay in Ojai because its too expensive. And as a 12 year old I stupidly said yes. In these 2 years of me being in the Netherlands, I have been trying to fix my mistake the entire time.
My mom and my Dad have been going back and forth trying to figure out a way for me to come back, But the problem of that was that my dad and step mom, Ian & Jennifer, Have already changed their life and work pattern, So much that If I were to come back It would need to change a lot.
But after About 8-10 months of trying to figure out how to fix that we did. And my mom agreed to all of his requirements for me to be able to come back.
But here comes the current problem, My dad is Stubborn and that is normal. Since the start none of his requirements have changed, One of The requirements Is that all the Legal papers and such must be done by His lawyer. Which would cost $5000 Total for everything. Which he has Agreed to Split between my mother, So $2500 he needs to pay, And $2500 she would need to pay, And the problem is that she does not have enough money to pay for this amount. And I have asked her to get a loan but In the Netherlands you must have proof of an Annual income and other things that I cant understand that much. But my mom refuses to get a Full time job or even one that doesn't pay (Under the table) As for her current job she only works 3 days a week and gets payed $10 an hour "Under the table". And even if she were to miraculously get a real job It still would take about 2 years for her to be able to get a job. I have tried to get a job but there is really no "Decently" Paying jobs that a 14 year old is allowed to get.
So I decided to make a GoFundMe for this problem, I need to go back.
