Dear family and friends,

My life partner and soulmate, Lisa Monti-Vu, left her physical body Saturday, October 27, 2018 after a long and valiant fight against primary peritoneal cancer.

She was comfortable and peaceful.

As soon as I walked into the hospital room, Lisa recognized me and gasped for air several times. A few moments later, she passed away. Her mother, Lynne Beeson, step-father, Todd Shade, and I were with her.

She waited for me to arrive to say goodbye as her final gift to me. I am grateful her suffering has ended and her presence is still with us.

It is with a heavy heart that I ask for your help.

Any contributions received will be used to pay for Lisa's end of life care and memorial expenses.
