Levi's Medical & Living Expenses

In November 2017, my son Levi Dodd began to experience respiratory problems, fever and chills.  The doctor treated it like any common cold/flu virus and told him to get rest and drink fluids.  Shortly after he was diagnosed with strep throat and valley fever.  The symptoms progressed to headaches, a stiff neck and extreme fatigue.  Following a treatment regimen to battle the valley fever, they were able to get it under control.  Sadly, Levi's other symptoms did not get better and in January 2018 his doctor took him off work.  At this point he was vomiting and coughing up blood, running a fever, had swollen lymph nodes and extreme fatigue.  He went to numerous specialists, endless testing and they could not determine what was wrong.  Fast forward to last Saturday, March 10, 2018.  Levi was found on his couch unconscious and barely breathing.  The paramedics were called and en route to the hospital he stopped breathing and his heart stopped.  By the time they arrived at the ER, he was blue.  It took 5 minutes of CPR to get a pulse.  He has been in the ICU intubated and in a medically induced coma since.  The reason I am reaching out is, Levi has been self-employed for so long that he cannot get State Disability benefits.  He has not worked since January 5, and still has bills to pay, on top of the mounting medical bills.  One of his prescriptions is $200 a week and is not covered by his health insurance.  He has used up his savings and has liquidated all he can.  We are trying to keep things afloat while he is out, but financially it has become impossible.  I have great faith that God will heal Levi, or at least get him to a good place.  But right now he needs help financially.  Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
