Kinleigh's Medical Fund

Kinleigh is a 13 month old sweetheart who was diagnosed in May of 2015 with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension.  The pressure in Kinleigh's lungs is very high and consequently her heart has to beat much harder than normal to adequately oxygenate her blood.  Sadly, there is no cure for this disorder, and at this point Kinleigh is already completely reliant on medication administered to her at The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia where she is currently a patient.   Unfortunately, the drugs keeping Kinleigh alive now are very expensive and in order for her to go home her doctors must create a cocktail of alternative medications to allow her to survive outside of the hospital.  This process of trial and error is tedious, and it may be weeks or even months before Kinleigh can safely come home.

Philadelphia is 5 hours away from where Kinleigh lives in New York State. She has been in the hospital for weeks now.  The medical expenses already incurred, and the medical expenses that will continue to mount for the rest of her precious life are already an overwhelming burden for her young parents.  We are asking that you fund Kinleigh so that she can continue to get the best medical care possible.
