Giuseppe's Kidney Transplant Fund

I am starting this Go Fund Me page for Michelle Questell and her husband Giuseppe Varisco to help them with the costs of Giuseppe's kidney transplant and maintenance medications. This is a great young family that would do anything for anyone, but will never ask for help when they need it.
Two years ago, Giuseppe (32) was diagnosed with severe kidney failure, which requires dialysis regularly, and he would need a transplant. For the last two years, he has been taking dialysis daily. He was not able to be placed on the transplant list until his medicare was activated. Unfortunately, it took a long time to receive the approval. Finally on June 1st they were able to meet the doctors at Tampa General to be placed on the transplant list. Although they have been working with social workers in trying to get everything in line for this date, no one prepared them for what they were told. They were told that they would have to have at least $10,000 within 6 months and $3000 within a month to even be able to move to the next step of being placed on the transplant list. They were also told after the surgery they would need to pay approximately $1200 per month for addtional insurance and medication costs. This would be necessary for at least 1 year after the transplant.
In addtion to this difficult situation, thier young son, who is on the autisum spectrum, was recently diagnoised with type 1 diabetes and Celiac disease.
Because of Giuseppe's situation, Michelle has been the only one working for the last 2 years. Although she has been able to maintain the household, these addtional cost will be impossible.
I hope that you can find it in yourself to give something to the deserving family during this difficult time. I know whatever money rasied would be greatly appreciated and will help this young family move forward.
