Singers Kicked in the Kidneys
Donation protected
After years of ups and downs, Keith, Lorie and their two daughters thought things were finally going their way. Then in May of 2016, a week after Lorie lost her job, Keith was admitted to the ICU with blood pressure so high he could have easily had a stroke. They soon learned Keith was in stage 4 Renal Failure. He has been on peritoneal dialysis and unable to work since. It's been a constant struggle to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table.
Lorie's unemployment has just run out and, even with Keith's long-term disability, there's no way they'll be able to afford health insurance and rent, let alone things like food.
With time running out and no relief in site, we're hoping someone will be willing to show them some kindness.
