When Kathryn found out that she was pregnant again, she and her husband were thrilled! They already had 2 children and were delighted for this new addition to their happy family!
Everything was going according to plan, when one day the doctor said that her future son was not positioned correctly. As a result, Kathryn had to undergo an emergency C-section in order to make sure that her baby would be born safe and healthy. Her son was coming knee first, so both child and mother could be in a lot of danger if the C-section wasn’t performed.
As you can understand, having to cover all the medical bills has been very difficult for Kathryn and her family. Having 2 older children and a newborn that requires constant attention and care, Kathryn cannot go back to work. As a result, all their expenses must be covered by her husband’s income which is not sufficient. She and her husband have done their best to keep their children happy, healthy and safe and provide them with anything they might need. But medical expenses are a burden they cannot longer endure.
Raising 3 children is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling emotions in the world, but covering the costs can prove extremely difficult. If you have kids, then you already know that money isn’t a factor, when it comes to your child’s safety and well-being. Unfortunately, medical bills always catch up to you and it’s devastating not to be able to pay them.
The Financial Struggle.
Since doctors had to perform an emergency C-section in order to save the baby’s life, Kathryn had to stay in hospital for quite a long time. Her son was in critical condition and needed constant medical support. Thankfully it all ended well and now Kathryn has her beautiful little angel at home. This procedure was something Kathryn couldn’t avoid but the cost was incredibly high. And since they had 2 more kids, making ends meet was already difficult for them.
Given the chance, Kathryn and her family plan on raising enough funds to cover at least some part of the medical bills that are almost $30.000. Her hope is to raise at least $15.000, so that she and her husband can focus more on raising their lovely children than paying off enormous medical bills. After all, it’s all about their beautiful kids! Kathryn has been an active member of the community, always helping others in need and never asking for anything in return.
