Studying of People, Patterns and Practices in order to create a better sense of place, by Empowering, Educating and Enhancing the communities we intend to serve.

We are a diverse group of designers and researchers with a broad skillset eager to address issues in a way that transfers the knowledge to its ends users so they can help their community and ultimately widen our collective impact.

We create contextually driven places that respond to public needs and aim to impact the larger community as a whole. We believe in design as the means of addressing social needs, enhancing the local economy, and instilling community pride.

Our team is lead by young Architects, Engineers, Doctors, Nurses and designers that combine empathy for the context of a problem, creativity in the generation of insights and solutions, and rationality in analyzing and fitting various solutions to the problem context.

At its core, our work is about improving communities through contextual responses derived from a deep understanding of the end users; ultimately, we believe in empowering people through their immediate environment.

Kinitiative has an opportunity to receive a consignment of $1,000,000 worth of medical equipment to be donated by the World Medical Relief. The benefactor of this consignment will be the hospitals and clinics in the Gambia, West Africa. This will be a great relief to the Gambian people because of the fact that patients do not have beds to lay on at times when they go to the hospital and doctors/nurses find their jobs very challenging due to lack of equipment. We intend to raise $50,000 as funds to ship this consignment of medical equipment to the Gambia. We will be saving a lot of lives just by hitting our target of raising $50,000. Please join us to make a difference.

President, Bakary Suso.

Hello all!
Thank you so much for all your generous donations. Your continuous encouragement and never ending support have not gone unnoticed. We would also like to thank you for your patience as we go through the process of getting all the medical supplies to the people who need it most. We just wanted to update you on our progress so far. On top of the World Medical Relief donation we were approved for, we received a huge donation from St Joseph Medical Center (SJMC). SJMC have pledged to donate medical supplies/equipment worth up to $350,000 every quarter. We shipped the first of many to The Gambia with funds from all of your generous monetary donations we received. In April, members of our team went to The Gambia and were able to oversee the handover to the local hospitals. It was an amazing experience and we just want to say a big thank you for making it all possible. We have already received our second supply from SJMC and it is awaiting shipment at this time. Our GoFundMe page is still active and running, and we encourage more donations. Please spread the word, share our page and our story with friends, family members, and coworkers. Continue to keep us in your prayers and thoughts as we continue this journey. We are deeply honored to be able to do this and we thank you all.
