Help Me Get Enrolled in My Classes!

Dear friends,
As I enter the second semester of my MFA program at the University of South Carolina--where I've settled in fantastically and quickly established a close, crucial rapport with my cohort--I find myself facing a predicament:
Because of a hold on my account for last semester's health fee ($1100 up front), which is not covered by my fellowship, I have thus far been unable to register for classes. (Because South Carolina opted not to expand Medicaid this is the most affordable healthcare available to me). At two weeks into the semester, I am nearing the deadline where my GA-ship will be terminated (Jan 30), and I will be unable to enroll in class this semester as a student. Our lovely program coordinator is working with me to figure out options, but they are growing slim, and nothing is guaranteed.
At this point the small remaining balance on my account--all that is standing between me, and registration, and fulfillment of my contract--is a mere $454. After moving all the way from New Jersey last year, I found myself financially exhausted, and have been working a second job to absorb expenses associated with the move, however, it just has not been enough in so little time to take care of my remaining balance.
If the $454 is raised before January 30, the hold on my account will be lifted, I will be able to enroll in classes for this semester, and my spot in the program will not be jeopardized or lost. Support in any amount would mean a lot, and would be an action against an institutional system that effectively privileges wealth and means over merit and hard-work.
