Jose's Atlantis Fellowship Funds

Hello there,
           
              My name is Jose, and I have a passion for learning. I've recently taken a huge academic change from studying Psychology towards studying medicine with a focus on Neuroscience. Getting into medical school is extremely competitive and requires a great deal of experience and a ground-shattering level of work ethic to set yourself aside from other applicants. As my first big leap into the competitive atmosphere of building up my experience, I recently got accepted as an Atlantis Fellow where I'll be spending my entire summer in Italy shadowing physicians and researchers and getting a hands-on experience of a variety of medical procedures including neurosurgery, cardiovascular surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, radiology analysis, and many more procedures! Unfortunately, the unique experience comes with a really high price tag. On top of the price, the fee does NOT cover the flights to the destination which will take a huge toll in my financial standing. I have a huge passion and dedication for my field of study and I would be forever-grateful if you could help make this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity become a reality for me.
