Jenny for China Australia Project

Hello! My name is Jenny and I’m from Albury Wodonga.

Two years ago I asked a million dollar question– "What does it take to engage every young adult in regional Australia?"

Living in a regional area and not knowing where to find the 20 something’s manual for overcoming adversity has lead me to turn an idea into an enterprise. 

Over the past two years I have been trialing and testing the idea - Learning what it takes to engage young people, as well as working to launch the enterprise (The Vibe Collective).

Speed bumps, lessons and curved balls have been great experience for me. However, the challenge is amplified when you don’t have access to professional mentors and organisations to support the start up idea. 

I have been selected for an international program called the China Australia Millennial Project otherwise known as CAMP . This is to enrich my skills and experience to make The Vibe Collective a reality.  See CAMP website here: http://www.australiachina.org


CAMP is a 100 day program with 150 future leaders from China and Australia. Tackling real-world global challenges, co-creating new ideas and solutions for business. We take the learnings  back to our communities and at the end of the program we pitch our enterprise idea at VIVID festival in Sydney.

The Vibe Collective will implementing the CAMP experience by hosting a program of our own for 10 young people in Albury Wodonga  - where they will be provided with the tools and skills not only to empower their own lives but to host iniatives of their own and to make a difference in the region.

All I need is the funding to get me going. - support me for the China Australia Millenial Project.







The total cost of the program is $7,750

I have received a Scholarship  from CAMP valued at $2,200 to cover some of the costs. 

My goal is to raise $5,550 through Go Fund me. 
That covers: the remaining cost of the program, international flights, domestic flights, regional travel and travel insurance.
