Help Me Make Beautiful Photos

As some of you know, I love photography. Another thing that some of you might know about me is that I have spent my whole life fighting ongoing health issues. I was born with a congenital heart defect known as Tetrology Of Fallot and have had to have 4 open heart surgeries because of my condition. Between my third and fourth open heart surgeries, I was in a coma and nearly died. While in the coma, I had a breathing tube down my throat for so long that it caused severe damage to my trachea and because of that I had to have a tracheostomy and 7 other throat surgeries in order to repair my throat. Shortly after getting my tracheostomy out, I broke my leg and ended up having 2 knee surgeries in attempt to correct the broken bone. Now I have a bone graft from my hip in my knee along with a metal plate and 8 screws. After all that, unfortunately I still have a knee that is way out of alignment. 17 years ago I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and since then have experienced many of the complications that come along with it including excruciatingly painful diabetic neuropathy which makes it very hard to fall asleep most nights. All of these issues add up and make it impossible for me to work a normal job. I just can't be dependable every day. One of the things that helps me to get through all of this is my hobby of photography. I really enjoy taking photos and sharing them for everyone to see but could really use some better equipment to help me get the photos I know I have the potential to get.
