Jacob's surgery and recovery

Hello every one. My name is Sara, I have set up this go fund me page to help out an amazing woman and her grandson; Beverly and Jacob.
  Beverly currently has full custody of her 4 year old grandson whom was born with De'George's syndrom. Beverly has had to give up her job in order to devote her life to raising her grandson. Due to the De'George's syndrom Jacob has a cleff palet leaving him unable to speak. Through hard work and dedication Jacob has learned and continues to learn to communicate through sign language.
  There is a surgery to help Jacob. It's Flapengeal surgery. Jacob will be having this surgery in May at Boston's Children Hospital. The surgery will consist of building a pallet that will be able to open and close as it should. He will have two procedures leading up to the surgery. Jacob will spend 3-5 days in the hospital recovering after surgery depending how he responds. After this he will receive consistent speech therapy helping him learn how to make constanant and vowel sounds. It is all a highly promising procedure as Jacob already excels at learning how to communicate. 
  Beverly currently lives in Florida but has been a Plymouth resident for the past 30 years. She just recently had to move back to Florida as living expenses are cheaper there making living more manageable for her. Bev is  going to have to  pay for insurance co pays, travel expenses, a rental car, and a hotel to stay in for the month she has to come up for the procedures and surgery.  She will also have every day living expenses to be covered while here; things like food and gas. 
  Any help towards all these expenses Beverly will endure would be greatly appreciate. Beverly is always helping every one she can; it's not often she asks for peoples help. But when it comes to her grandson she will do anything she has to, to make sure he has what he needs. As any of us would. All money earned will go directly into an account accessible by Beverly to cover all expenses she endures while here. 
 Jacob deserves the chance to be able to talk and communicate like the rest of us can.
