BoomerStrong: Help Jack Beat Cancer

Paul's godson Jack Myorski is in the fight of his life at 4 years old. The son of our dear friends, Bob and Keri, and brother to James, Jack's little body has been taken over by Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Diagnosed in June 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio where they reside, Jack and his family already have been through more than most people experience in a lifetime. With another year of treatment still to go, plus all of the challenges and unknown obstacles yet to come, the Myorski family's lives have been in a tailspin.
Keri, a home healthcare nurse, has not been able to work, so the family is relying on Bob's income as a United Auto Worker at a General Motors plant in Ohio to get them through this nightmare.
Instead of living life enjoying things that little boys often do or going to preschool to prepare for kindergarten, Jack has spent the past two years having more than 60 infusions, 26 spinal taps, blood transfusions, chemotherapy and other drugs, and tons of other procedures.
The battle against cancer is never easy, and for Jack this is certainly true. This little guy has encountered a number of major challenges and setbacks, most recently spending 17 consecutive days in the hospital due to low cell counts and some other serious issues.
They call Jack "Boomer," because through it all he has shown such resilience, courage and the amazing will to live.
With thousands of dollars in medical bills already, the amounts continue to climb and will do so for quite some time. The emotional, mental and physical stress this family goes through on a daily basis is too much for any parent and sibling.
It pains us to watch our loved ones experience such heartache. Which is why we have created this page ... we are fortunate to have wonderful people in our lives who have supported us in various ways throughout the years.
And now we are asking you to please take a moment and think of the Myorskis.
The Myorskis have so much to worry about on a daily basis that finances should be at the bottom of their long list. Continued thoughts and prayers are still needed ... but we also ask if you would please donate to this fund to support Jack in his continued fight.

The Myorskis are surrounded by so much love and don't truly realize how many people are there for them through this unimaginable ordeal.
