Isaac David Porogi

Isaac David Porogi, age 16, is a junior at John Glenn High School in Walkerton, Indiana. Isaac is a high honor student who played varsity basketball and football until diagnosed 12/23/15 with high level osteosarcoma (bone cancer). He is currently receiving care at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. Isaac has one younger brother, Royce (9) , and his mother Nicole Porogi. Mom has filed for FMLA , but accommodations in the home, travel expenses, and necessities are in need. Any contributions donated to Isaac will help provide him with such. Any greater amount if unused in the end will be donated to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital.

Isaac's Osteosarcoma metastasized to his lungs 3 months ago. He has already had to undergo one lung surgery and now has to have another one possibly two. My sister, Nikki, and family are at Peyton Manning Children's Hospital getting more tests done. Please wait for her to post updated details and allow time to directly contact her.

Mother has been on intermittent FMLA leave from her work. Therefore, she does not get paid if she is not at work. She still must pay her home mortgage, utilities, insurances, phone bill, food, and travel expenses to Indianapolis. I am asking the community and FB friends and family, anyone helping to contribute gas cards, food, gift cards, cash, or checks, money orders, etc. to help fund necessary expenses during this difficult time so that she can keep by Isaac's side. We are asking for extra prayers for Isaac and his comfort physically and mentally at this time as well as God is the only one capable of miracles. Please include family in your prayers.
