Hot Dogs For Hope Ministry 2019

WELCOME TO HOT DOGS OF HOPE!
Each and EVERY Monday, a group of 20-25 dedicated servants of God prepare up to 250 bagged hot dog dinners to distribute to those in need in downtown Jacksonville. In addition to food, we distribute purses filled with hygiene products, provide laundry services, bibles, coats and blankets in the winter, and most importantly HOPE, prayer and the Gospel of Jesus Christ to each person we encounter!
We are blessed to have much of our supplies donated from a local food bank and other partners, but we still need at least $1,000-$1500 per month MINIMUM to purchase additional food and ministry supplies. We need your partnership to help minister to and most importantly, get people OFF the streets and into a new life. ***This page will be "ongoing" without a defined goal each month through ALL of 2019. It is not our mission to meet all of the many needs of the homeless population, but only to point them to the only one who can. As we reach and encounter people each week, the GOAL is to 1.) Get them off the streets and into a program and 2.) Foster and facilitate a personal relationship with Christ in order to help them acheive true freedom and lasting transformation.
Our cost is only approximately $1.25-$1.75 per dinner (WITHOUT donations). ***WE NEED YOUR IMMEDIATE FINANCIAL SUPPORT! We serve those in need each and every monday and need an additional $1,000-$1,500 monthly to purchase food items and supplies to distribute. While hygiene products, bibles, coats, blankets and much of the food is donated by volunteers and other partners, this $750 or so monthly is the MINIMUM that we need in order to feed and minister to those in need. We also use around $120 each week for laundry ministry in quarters.
Please give what you can! Even $5 or $10 is a huge blessing and help. $20, $50 or more is amazing. ANY and ALL money raised will go directly to feed and minister to the homeless in downtown Jacksonville.
