PLEASE SAVE US FROM BEING HOMELESS

This is our story... On April 27 2010, my wife gave birth to the most beautiful baby in the world. Our son's name is Bradley Michael. After the most amazing 33 days of our lives we woke up to our worst nightmare, Memorial Day, our son was not breathing. I tried CPR and everything in my power to bring him back and nothing worked, the ambulance showed up minutes later and took over but at that time I knew he was gone. He passed away from SIDS. Bradley was a perfectly healthy baby and SIDS has left us with no answers.

Shortly after losing our son we became pregnant again. At four mos. pregnant my wife had a miscarriage. Which left us to be devastated once again.

Since then we lost our way, besides losing our son, we lost everything... our home, car, storage unit, everything.

We tried moving away to Wisconsin to hopefully begin to heal and start fresh. After 8 mos. of living out there I got laid off so we moved back home to Chicago. The week we were back my wife and I started our new jobs. We are currently living in a extended living motel paying over $1500.00 a month for a bedroom and are on the verge of being on the street. It has now become impossible to remain here and we have no money for food.

Due to my wife being laid off, we are down to one income. Luckily I have a bicycle so I can commute to and from work everyday. We are trying so hard to get back on our feet and find an apartment and a car so my wife can get back to work. It seems like once we get ahead we get pushed back down.
