Home for Orphans in Mozambique

For the last 13 years I have been renting a home in Mozambique, where I live with special needs, HIV/AIDS, abandoned and orphan children

Recently, I was told by the owners of our rental home that I have two weeks to find another place to live. We desperately need to find another home in the same neighborhood due to the orphan children attending local schools, as well as being a 5 minute walk from our local hospital where our HIV/AIDS children have regular doctors visits, and to be close to the community school which we recently opened, which offers english classes, and basic computer classes to a community of 10,000 students.


I spoke with our local community leader about our situation. We are in very good standing with our local community and where we are a part of helping many disadvantaged children with education and other needs. He as told me there are several places we can buy in our local area. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help us find another place to buy in our neighborhood.



If we had 100 people donate 500 we could meet this goal quickly or 250 people give 200. Please consider being a part of this campaign to help us have a permanent home.

Over the last 15 years in Mozambique, Project Liberty has worked with hundreds of children and youth. Our goal is to help them become self-sufficient, educated, healthy and provide with with tools to become a successful adult, parent, and member of society.



We are cu rrentlyin in the process of building a ministry center and orphan home outside of the city; but we are still several years from being ready to move in and being working in this new community.

The goal since I started Project Liberty was to never have a large orphanage but to have small homes that our designed to provide a family to orphan children who would never have the opportunity otherwise.
