Hip Replacement, C. Diff and fecal transplant

I am raising money to pay for my Medical bills from a hip replacement and a crappy recurring and antibiotic resistant c. Diff infection. I am also trying to help supplement my income by roasting coffee.

Am I flat broke? No
Have I depleted almost all of my 401k? Yes
Am I screwed after that? You bet I am

So yes, I am raising money to help my situation and family out, but am also trying to earn some income while I am still unable to work.

So no real income and still in physical therapy, I am hoping to get some help from kind people.  I have never done anything like this (beg for help), as I was always on the other side of the table. If you can contribute, please do.
