Save The Racehorse Sanctuary

Please help us! I'm Sarah, foster mum to Blossom, a 5 year old little horse who was bred to race but was born with a deformed front leg which meant she would never see a racecourse. Normally, for horses in her position she would have been sent to the slaughter house, but The Racehorse Sanctuary took her in and I'm now caring for her at my home in Yorkshire, where we hope she will make a lovely little riding horse or a happy companion - either way we all love her! Last year my husband had a horrific motorbike accident and I thought I was going to lose him - This little mare was a lifesaver for me - she still is. Sadly, Blossom is just one of many thousands of racehorses that are rejected  by the racing industry every year - Many don't live past the age of just four years old and those that do often have physical or psychological traumas that need time, patience and skill to heal - This is what The Racehorse Sanctuary does and they are facing an URGENT financial CRISIS. I am going to adopt Blossom to help them out and I have already taken on a weekend job in order to fund her vet costs, but there are so many more horses who need the help of the sanctuary and it would break my heart to see it close. I intend to do  everything I can to take care of Blossom and all the horses at the sanctuary, but I need your help. Any donation you can give would be really appreciated. WITHOUT HELP THE SANCTUARY WILL FACE CLOSURE IN A FEW MONTHS. I just can't let that happen. Thank you
