Help Jehremy Walk

Please help Jehremy walk again. On July 11, 2014, Jehremy Phillips was in a horrific car accident which has caused him to be a quadriplegic, specifically he has lost the use of his hands and is completely paralyzed from the chest down. His family is raising money to buy him a standing frame which can help him regain muscle, sensation, and possible movement control so he can walk again. Jehremy is only 18 years old and just graduated from high school. He was a lifeguard at Delhi Unified School District in Delhi, CA, with his 19 year old brother Lucas. They were driving home from work when they were rear-ended by another car, which ripped open the back of Jeremy's head and broke vertebrae c2, c3, c4, c5, and c6. He has already had two surgeries to close the open wounds on his head and fuse his spinal chord.

Before the accident, Jehremy was accepted to UC Merced and planned to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is now unable to walk or move his arms against gravity, so he has to take time off to try to regain movement before he can even face college. It is imperative that he receives an assisted standing frame as soon as possible because the longer he waits, the harder it will become for him to regain those nerves and movement.
