Help to Mobilise Me for Life

Greetings!
It is with trepidation, tinged with shame and slight embarrassment that I declare the following...After bad health impinging on my functioning and working life, and the 'need' to live rurally...I have found the home, and the functional place to exist, yet at the same time isolated myself regards public transportation or mobility.
This has now become exasperating, as my physical capablities lessen, my everyday needs become more difficult to master and well, a life, or access to get some kind of freelance work off the ground is thwarted...and it all essentially boils down to 1 overall simple thing...No Transport...

...Dorn at 48 years of age, has yet to legally and 'fully learn how to drive!'

* You see at the time, living in Cities, who needed to drive?
* Owning a vehicle seemed a luxery to me.

Whereas now, it is a NECESSITY as below are listed the things I spend more energy panicking on 'trying' to do or 'arrange' ...

* Simple Shopping for Provisions
* Banks or Post Offices
* Doctors or Hospital Appointments
* Vets visits
* Networking for Freelance/or to find work

That is the Essentials...yet these 'normal' activities are impossible too...

* Visiting Friends/Family
* Attending Healing Circles/Temple
* Days out for change of scenery
* Driving to local beach for a walk
* Events or Workshops I could attend or Host
* Classes/College Courses
* Exercise Classes for strengthening my failing limbs

I gather you get the gist now...what is a normal persons day without thought, on auto-pilot, is impossible for me unless;

a) I move back to a city, which I cannot afford monetarily nor healthwise to do, thus do not wish to now I am finally in a place called 'home'.

b) I get myself a license, lessons and a moped say for starters...

...So now, due to the length between provisional license (Learner's Permit) renewel, it is now back to the drawing board, starting from scratch just like a 17 yr old! :-(

Requirements/Needed:

* A Theory Test - €45

* Learners Permit - €35

* An appointed paid in Advance Full Driving Test Booked (due to it being 3rd+ learning permit) - €85

* Required amount of EDT hours under driving instructor = 12. - €389 approx.

* Moped (as couldn't afford a car) - ? (€500?)

* Insurance - Averaging €250-300 (at a glance)

* Tax - Approx. - €70 (at a glance)

* Safety Gear: Gloves-Boots-Waterproof Jacket*/ Helmet** - *€185 inc.approx/** €149

Seriously, it's time running out on the leg mobility front, thus time to try and get motorised, less isolated and 'On The Road'...Let's do this!

I am not the sort to ask for charity, and I understand there are those out there far worse off, even in the average life circumstances, least of all those homeless or refugees, though I must start to open up my isolation, and my opportunities to live.
