Help young mom Sveta to beat cancer

Dear All,

I’m here on behalf of my darling friend who has recently been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

“Sveta” means “light” and her name couldn’t describe her any better! She is a smart, cheerful and very sincere girl! At only 28 years old, she is still full of dreams and plans for a bright and beautiful future, especially since the birth of her first son. However shortly after the greatest moment of her life, Sveta received terrible news; she had breast cancer.

All of her friends and relatives are still wondering “how could this happen to such a young and amazing woman?”

It all started with what seemed to be common back discomfort. Six months after giving birth to her son Sasha, Sveta started suffering from back pain. Shortly following, an unusual formation was discovered in her chest. After reviewing CT and MRI snapshots, doctors suggested she visit an Oncologist. Destructive changes were detected in her spine and lungs. For months Sveta has lived in excruciating pain. It has been a living nightmare going through the numerous tests, ultrasounds, mammograms, biopsies, etc.

Unfortunately, a miracle has never occurred and our worst fears were confirmed. According to the results of her biopsy, the tissue removed contained a malignant tumor. The cells were active in nature, that’s why pain caused by metastases appeared before the primary tumor was discovered.

How is Sveta now?

Physically, she feels terrible due to increasing back pain. She’s afraid, but still fighting. She has too much to live for and will never give up!

Her friends and family have only been able to collect enough money for the first course of chemo, but she still needs at least 3 more treatments!

Please help us save the life of a young mother, beloved wife, wonderful daughter and true friend to so many.

Baby Sasha deserves to grow up knowing the love only a mother can provide.

We need to raise $12,000 by March, 1st 2017 for further examination and to continue treatment. Please help us to save Sveta!
