Our Colombian Friends of The Amazon, Need Our Help
This campaing is organized under the direction, supervision and administration of:

The fact that this is not happening here does not mean its not happening NOW.
Last Saturday, in the city of Mocoa, Putumayo Colombia, heavy rain cause an avalanche of magnitude never seen in the history of the city. The result, a dead toll of 314, among them the parents of 60 children that are now orphans an entire city devastated and, hundreds more injured and missing.
Our great friend Taita Luis Alfonso Pazos Alegria "Eco Aldea Anaconda del Sur", has been personally impacted, he lost family members and many in his family and friends lost everything. The first day there were 60 children without parent.
Luckly, his healing center " Ecoaldea Anaconda del Sur", up in the mountains of Mocoa was untouch. Now, he has opens the doors to receive all the people in need and the community is asking for our help! The are in need of food, basic medicine, water, blankets, diapers, clothes for children, and tents that will help them recover from the tradegy and rebuild the city.
Our goal is to send $10,000 USD to Luis Alfonso Pazos Alegria by Monday, April 24.
Our contribution can help alliviate some of the suffering our Amazon brothers ans siters are enduring now.
