Brave and beautiful kids within our communities are learning to stand up, take the stage, and be heard.
Right now, Dandylyon Drama is partnering with local school leaders and parent producers to empower hundreds of students, across area schools, to take the stage.
The students are working hard to bring their stories to life for us. Our kids are studying and practicing to perform, and rehearsing daily.
We are so excited to have added the families at St. Luke School and Einstein to our community arts family that includes: Meridian Park, Syre, Highland Terrace, Edmonds, Brookside, Holy Rosary School and Echo Lake.
That is why we are reaching out to you, our neighbors.
Local parents and school children both have an urgent need for headset microphones to be used during rehearsals and show nights.
We train our students in the art of safe and proper voice projection, however, we either perform in professional performing arts centers that are large for young voices or cafeteria stages with little acoustical design.
These headset microphones and receivers are critical pieces to making our students work come to life.
Please take a few moments to give what you can.
Many little pushes can move big things - whatever you can give will matter.
