Help Sophia, diagnosed with MODY Type 1 Diabetes

Our Sophia Maria Rivera has recently been diagnosed with mature onset of Type 1 Diabetes. Her pancreas no longer produces insulin, but thankfully with daily insulin injections she will be able to live a healthy life.  Even with the help of employer’s insurance, the out of pocket cost for a monthly supply of insulin injections for the remainder of her life is overwhelming.
