Hello, cao, zdravo! This fund was created to amass a reward for details on the disappearance (and safe return) of Irma (Ira) Sabanovic. Also, we want to help her sister, Amra Sabanovic, get to the U.S. as quickly as possible (she is currently in Sarajevo, Bosnia). Hopefully her disappearance will continue to get media attention and this can only help. If you know Ira personally, please feel free to share your story of how you know her in the comments section.
Irma Sabanovic, aka Ira Blackbird, got lost driving her blue, 4-door Ford Focus [IL plate A46 5569] near Milwaukee and Erie in Chicago\'s near west side around 2am on Thursday, May 12th. She hasn\'t been heard from since. If you see or have seen a car or woman matching these descriptions, please call detectives at (312) [phone redacted]. I am in regular contact with Amra via Skype, and she wholeheartedly thanks everyone in advance for the generous support. All monies collected will be disbursed to Amra Sabanovic, and she and her father will decide how the funds will be used (private investigation? reward offer? etc.). Amra saw the 10pm news on NBC tonight (5/17) via Skype video and my computer screen pointed towards the TV... she was so moved by the grassroots search effort that took place starting at Milwaukee and Erie!
