Hi,
We are the Faust family. Jharad Sr., Candace, our daughter Jhardan, and our handsome son Jharad Jr. aka "Tonto". His big sister gave him that name. On November 28, 2016, we brought a new life into this world by the name of Jharad Faust Jr. He is our first son, our only son, and a very special son. After all the excitement after delivery our hearts were broken with the news that something was wrong with "Tonto's" heart! He was rushed to Jackson, Ms to the Blair E. Batson hospital where he has been for the entire time since his birth. Tonto has a heart condition called " Pulmonary Artesia with Intact Ventricular Septum." He had surgery on Dec. 2, 2016 on his right ventricle to get blood and oxygen to his lungs. That surgery went excellent!!! He later had another procedure called Heart Cath to show how his blood is flowing. Well it's not flowing how we hoped for & now his condition is non-operational. The only chance of survival for him now is a heart transplant. Hopefully "Tonto" can continue to fight until he can get a heart transplant. In the meantime, we live 2 hours away from the hospital and my husband, Jharad Sr., is working 2 jobs to cover our expenses because of course I had to quit working to be by "Tonto's" side. It's only been 2 months of the struggle but we are asking for sincere prayers first and foremost but we do need help financially. Any amount of contribution isn't too small or too large; anything helps at this point. But physically we are in desperate need of a heart for our son. It's a terrible feeling to say it but even more terrible to be in the need of it before it's too late. We hope and pray our situation reaches the right source in time.
