Social enterprise is a chance to create a business focused on doing good and not just making a profit.
Our goal is to raise $8,000 to $10,000 in funding over the next few months to support the launch of a social enterprise—a cultural tourism business in Haiti—to support Jimmy Pierre and Wadson Desir. Through your gift, you are empowering two visionary young men with the foundation to build a better life, to be self-sustaining and to more ably contribute to their families, their communities and their nation.

In addition to supporting Jimmy and Wadson, this is a chance for you to help other Haitians thrive—at least 10 percent of the profit raised from this campaign will be gifted to Functional Literacy Ministry of Haiti (FLM-Haiti), a charity founded by a Haitian native to help Haitians help themselves. How will your contribution help? Your funding will be used directly for the purpose of fueling this social enterprise in Haiti from the ground up.

· Legal services needed to oversee such an international venture
· Creating a pool of funding that will help sustain Jimmy and Wadson as they scout out cultural sites, explore transportation options and address other business logistics.
