Haiti Rescue Fund

Tax deductible
The Haitian Community of Philadelphia has mobilized in an effort to support 1.4 million Haitians affected by the catagory 4 Hurricane Matthew that has devastated the South, Southeast, Southwest, Western coastline, and Northwest areas of Haiti in October 2016.  Once again, similar to the devastation experienced by the January 2010 Haiti Earthquake in Haiti, the Haitian Coalition of Philadelphia, Haitian Clergy of Philadelphia, the Elise Joseph Foundation, Haitian Law Enforcement Association, the Haitian Professionals of Philadelphia  and other organizational members have mobilized to respond to the needs of Haitian families who are facing hunger, exposure to the elements due to homelessness, and cholera disease. We are concerned Haitian-Americans who care about the plight of our people.  The Haiti Rescue Fund is established on behalf of the community under the Elise Joseph Foundation, a member of the Haitian Coalition of Philadelphia.  For more information about our previous efforts, go to http://www.haitiancoalition.org, click on "Summary 2004-2010 under Reports.
