College Soccer Showcase Trip

Hello family and friends!  My soccer team has an excellent opportunity in front of us and we'd really appreciate your help.  We've been selected to attend a prestigious college soccer showcase called the Adidas FC Dallas College Showcase Presented by AdvoCare in Frisco, Texas on 1-4 Mar 2018.  Over 200 college coaches from D1 to D3 colleges will be scouting there and we're at the age where they start to notice our skill!  The estimated lowest cost for the entire team is $16,441 (covers event cost, hotel, coach per diem) if we drive the 1,600 miles round trip.
